💰 Compensation Options

We offer two pay structures—candidates choose what fits them best:

Option 1 – Performance Model (With Wage Floor)

  • Earn based on sign-ups, with minimum wage as a guaranteed floor
  • Higher upside for strong performers
  • 15% bond held to offset cancellations (returned typically within 4–6 weeks)
  • Ideal for experienced fundraisers confident in performance

Option 2 – Hourly + Performance True-Up

  • Earn minimum wage for all hours worked
  • Additional performance earnings paid once results are finalized
  • Provides more stability with performance upside

📈 Earning Potential (Post-Adjustment)

Even with the updated structure, strong performers can still earn:

  • 6 sign-ups per week: ~$800+/week
  • 9 sign-ups per week: ~$1,250+/week
  • 12 sign-ups per week: ~$1,700+/week

Top performers earn more.

📊 Expectations

  • Target: 1.2 sign-ups per hour
  • Shift length: 7.5 hours
  • Minimum: 3 full shifts per week

Performance Support Structure:

  • 1.0–1.19 avg → 2 weeks to improve
  • 0.80–0.99 avg → 1 week to improve
  • Below 0.80 → may result in termination
